The urge today may be to just go ahead and eat. "I'm almost there what is 8 more hrs really going to do for me". Well if you are almost there why don't you just go for it. How would that make you feel and what can that do for you?
If you are not in the bail and binge mode then great. Today you might want to take notice and really acknowledge what changes have taken place up to this point. Even if your face is broken out or other not so great things are popping up, that is GREAT. Great because the fast is stirring things up and a great sign that all your hard work is having a deep systemic effect. You may want to consider going longer on liquids. See how much things can clear up in two or three more days.

Today's recommendation

  1. First thing upon waking in the morning is to have an 8 oz glass of high quality water with 1/2 lemon squeezed into it. Leave 15 minutes to a half hour before you drink anything else.

  2. You can have a cup of Herbal Tea if you wish.

  3. Now prepare your Juices for the day.

    For each Juice you can choose one or a mix of recipes from below

    Apple Kale Summer Breeze  
    1 cucumbers
    2 stalks of celery
    1 apple
    3 leafs kale
    Then add Juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 cucumbers
    2 stalks of celery
    1 pear
    a handful of fresh arugula
    Then add Juice of 1/2 lemon
     
    Bell Pepper Chard Super Power Green Juice  
    1 cucumbers
    2 stalks of celery
    1 apple
    3 leaves chard
    1 whole red or yellow bell pepper
    Then add Juice of 1/2 lemon

    1 med. cucumber
    3 stalks celery
    3 leaves chard
    3 leaves arugula or spinach
    1 med. pear
    1” piece of ginger
    Then add juice of 1/2 lemon

     
    Variations:
    Add a 1" chunks of Ginger
    Try Adding Bell Pepper to your juice or even a tomato.

  4. If you can go without a smoothie today that would be ideal. If you need one have it sometime between after noon and no later than 7pm.

    For a smoothie blend:

  5. Banana Berry Blueberry Fig Avocado Dream
    10oz water
    1    soaked date
    1    banana
    1/4 cup berries of your choice
    1    tsp coconut butter
    1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
    1/4 tsp sea salt

    10oz water
    2    dried black mission figs (soaked)
    1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1    tsp coconut butter
    1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
    1/4 tsp sea salt

    10oz water
    1/4 hass avocado
    1    soaked date
    1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
    1/4 tsp sea salt.

    Chocolate Goji    
    water and half the meat of one Thai "young" coconut
    1/4 hass avocado
    2 tbls cacao nibs or equivalent
    1 tbls goji berries
    1/4 cup raspberries


       

    Tasty Fruit Juices
    - starfruit asian pear
    - starfruit asian pear grapefruit
    - orange juice starfruit
    - orange and grapefruit
    - apple pear
    - apple ginger
    - apple pear ginger
    - pear celery ginger

  6. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

    Savor the taste of your excellent drinks and enjoy it with passion.

You may feel outgoing and energized about meeting new people today. You might be exploring opportunities for social interaction in your local community, or you may simply feel courageous enough to introduce yourself to someone new during your daily travels. You may want to ask yourself what your objective is in these activities, so you can more easily create it with clear intention today. Perhaps you want to expand your circle of friends and associates, or bring a greater level of excitement and adventure into your life by increasing your social interaction. If you give some thought to the benefits you wish to gain, as well as being clear on what you hope to offer others, you will be much more likely to create it. Defining objectives in our relationships can help us to create more meaningful connections.

We may not always feel that our relationships need to have an objective beyond the simple ability to share experiences, but choosing to give our connections a purpose can enrich them beyond measure. By being clear about what we hope to gain from our relationships, we have a stronger awareness of the actions we need to take to meet our needs. Likewise, considering what we can offer the people in our lives can help us to feel more proactive in creating harmonious connections. As a result, our relationships become purposeful vehicles for creating more joy in our lives. With a clear objective in mind, you can attract the types of relationships that enrich your experiences today and every day.

At the end of the night tonight just before you go to bed, write one or two sentences on food. Whatever comes to mind when you hear the word food.
Go back to your pre-fast page and look at the 5 things you think you will get from the fast and rewrite those very things as how you are with them now.

You will want to come out of your fast easily. Do not rush into heavy food or go on a binge. You have just spend 5 days working on yourself so do not destroy it now. Continue with green juices adding in some whole fruits, blended soups and salads for two more days at least. You may want to get a couple of Zucchinis, some fresh Dill and soak about 1 cup sunflower seeds today and tonight so tomorrow you can make some pate
